manufacture of extruded sections and profiles.
Various applications demand different tolerance
control and specific performance from the extrudates.
We take a keen interest in the intended use of
products to ensure that they are always suitable
in terms of dimensional stability, shore hardness,
accuracy and colour matching when required, and
that the most suitable compounds are used. An
almost infinite range of sections and profiles
are available in all the usual grades of silicones
i.e. food grades, flame retardant, high and low
temperature and steam resistant grades, etc.

Gaskets and Fabrications |

The
fabrication department at Abbeychart has an extensive
range of cutting machinery for gaskets cut from
solid and sponge sheet, and for cutting tubing into
washers and sleeves. Excellent tolerance bands on
dimensional aspects are guaranteed whether small
or high volume.
We
also manufacture joined seals from extruded
sections and cords, together with a variety
of special fabrications and assemblies, sometimes
incorporating non-silicone items i.e. valves,connectors,
etc.
