The
BVB assembly system is not welded directly
to the tube, thereby guaranteeing the 100%
integrity of the tube and eliminating a possible
source of micro leaks. |

Fixing
the condenser to the appliance could not be
simpler—just 4 self tapping screws —
quick, cheap, simple and efficient. |

The
terminal ends of the tube can be made to suit
the position of the compressor within the
appliance. |

The
condenser can be supplied with the dryer filter
already brazed in position. The joint will
be 100% tested for micro-leaks with “state
of the art” helium sensors. After welding,
the condenser and rest of the assembly undergoes
a complete cycle of degreasing, phosphating
and finally cataphoretic painting with semi-gloss
black
paint. |

This
process guarantees an even higher resistance
to salt spray than the 120 hours demanded
by ASTM B 117 and BS 3900 standard. |
