Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We offer a next working day delivery service to all parts of the UK.

All orders received by 3:30pm (GMT) will be despatched the same day if all items are in stock.

All prices exclude carriage and VAT.

For all international orders please contact us, and please do not place an order online as the order will not be processed.


Returns Policy

A Returns request must be completed before a returns authorisation number can be issued. Please go to and follow instructions.

Returns will not be accepted without an Abbeychart returns authorisation number and may be rejected at the customers costs.

Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, if authorisation is given for return.

Replacement goods will be invoiced and a credit raised only on receipt of the original faulty/damaged items.

All Abbeychart returns must be sent to:

Items that are returned and are subsequently determined to have been damaged by the customer and/or by their agent, may be subject to an investigation and admin fee. In all instances any logistics cost incurred by Abbeychart during this process will be chargeable

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the issue of the returns authorisation number. If not returned by this date then no credit will be given.

Please note that no return will be accepted by Abbeychart unless a Returns Authorisation number is quoted on the paperwork and marked on the outside of the box.

If the return is being made as the item is alleged to have been damaged in transit then we must be notified within 24hrs and provided with images, failure to do so may result in your claim not being processed.
