Delivery & Returns
We offer a standard delivery service to all parts of the UK.
All orders received by 3:30pm (GMT), which are in stock will be despatched the same day via next day courier.
All prices exclude carriage and VAT.
For all international orders please contact us, and please do not place an order online as the order will not be processed.
A Returns request form must be completed before a returns authorisation number can be issued. Please contact the office to request a Returns Form – 01367 711 908
Returns will not be accepted without an Abbeychart returns authorisation number and may be rejected at the customers costs.
Items ordered incorrectly or that are surplus to requirements may be subject to a restocking charge, if authorisation is given for return.
Replacement goods will be invoiced and a credit raised only on receipt of the original faulty/damaged items.
All Abbeychart returns must be sent to:
Abbeychart Returns, Unit 1b White Horse Business Park, Stanford in the Vale, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 8NY.
Items that are returned and are subsequently determined to have been damaged by the customer and or by their agent, may be subject to an investigation and admin fee. In all instances any logistics cost incurred by Abbeychart during this process will be chargeable
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the issue of the returns authorisation number. If not returned by this date then no credit will be given.
Please note that no return will be accepted by Abbeychart unless a Returns Authorisation number is quoted on the paperwork and marked on the outside of the box. If the return is being made as the item is alleged to have been damaged in transit then the returns form must be properly completed and returned within 3 days of delivery. Failure to do so may result in your claim not being processed. All deliveries and returns are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions of sale.
