Our Remanufacturing division aims to breathe new life into old equipment, stripping and deep cleaning equipment, replacing old and damaged parts with brand new ones, and testing to factory standard with a brand-new 12-month warranty. Typically, our most popular refurbishments are Barguns, Co2 Regulators, Rotary Vane Pumps and Coffee Grinder Modules. On top of our industry-leading Remanufacturing facilities, we have a Production department dedicated to supporting our customers in saving time and money. Barguns
We offer a comprehensive strip down and deep cleaning, where we will replace all the seals, plastics and tails. We always put our customers heart of everything we do, we can rebuild to customer specification with our Wunder-Bar and Schroeder specialist with a 12 month warranty and tested to a factory standard.Find out more
CO² Regulators
We will replace the plastics seals, washers, and gauges as well as the damaged bonnets shot blasted, primed and painted, tested and leaks, recertified and packaged securely and sent back to the customer.
Assemblies
Our sub-assemblies are ready for the production line, we create modifications to standard parts, soldering & wiring, pre-setting pumps and regulators, bottle and wall mounted CO² Regulators
Pumps
We support all major brands including Procon, Fluid-o-Tec and NU.ER.T, replace all parts with new refurb of shaft, units are stripped down and sandblasted, like all our services this is also tested to factory standard with a 12 month warranty.Find out more

We manufacture and stock a wide range of bespoke kits to save our customers time on the production line, at service calls and equipment installations. Whether it's installation kits, hygiene kits , repair kits or production kits we can tailor to your needs.
Complex Builds
We have dedicated in-house team with technical expertise who will ensure the services are tailored made to suit your requirements no matter how complex. Abbeychart is now the exclusive worldwide distributor of Wurlitzer Vending Spare Parts.

We offer a chiller unit refurbishment services for vending operators looking to protect revenue streams and the lifespan of a key asset by maintaining essential equipment in prime condition.

With an industry leading portfolio of motors products such as Sisme motors we remain the market specialist supporting the beverage, vending, coffee, water and brewery markets.
Valves
We refurbish valves in our dedicated and fully equipped workshop, enabling us to do a comprehensive strip down and deep cleaning, all perishable parts replaced with a 12 month warranty.

Specialist in boilers to be used in traditional espresso machines, (including four group head machines), ultra sonic cleaning system removes limescale build-up,reduces breakdowns and improves quality of finished beverage and prolongs life of coffee machine.
Bespoke Stocking
We have a purpose built 25’000 sq ft facility in Bolton and we are already holding over 4,000 lines in stock for next day delivery.
